What are Regulatory Recovery Fee surcharges?

The Regulatory Recovery Fee is $3.50 per primary phone number. It is a fee that Ayudita charges its customers to recover implementation of E911 and regulatory-related costs that the carrier incurs. These costs may include but are not limited to 911, E911, local number portability costs, CALEA compliance costs and other regulatory related fees and cost. The Regulatory Recovery Fee also includes similar cost incurred in foreign countries.
